    It looks delicious, but I have a concern. The soft cottage cheese that you put into the recipe doesn’t look like any type of cottage cheese that we have here in Canada. Is it perhaps a softenec cream cheese or greek yogurt that you used? Or perhaps sour cream? Would like to know. Thanks.

      Thanks for your question! We use a soft cottage cheese, but Greek yogurt can be a great substitute if you can’t find it. You can also add sour cream. Enjoy your cooking! 😊

  5. A recipe doesn’t make no sense it’s for diabetics and she puts a sweetener in there she does not know what she’s doing at all is going to put diabetics in risk of dying

      Stevia is one of the best sweetener options for diabetes.
      It does not increase sugar levels, is officially recognized as safe in all major countries, and is approved for diabetes by all endocrinological associations (ADA, EASD, Russian Association of Endocrinologists).
      Recommendation: choose products labeled “steviol glycosides”
      Stevia is considered one of the safest sweeteners for people with diabetes (both type 1 and type 2). Here are the current data for 2025:
      Safety and official conclusions
      FDA (USA) – assigned GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) status to stevia for highly purified extracts of steviol glycosides (rebaudioside A, stevioside, etc.).
      EFSA (Europe) – in 2011 and later confirmed safety by establishing a permissible daily dose of 4 mg/kg body weight (in terms of steviol equivalent).
      WHO/FAO (JECFA) also approves.
