    Buen día estimada, me encantó la receta, pero no conozco la espelta primera vez que lo leo , se puede reemplazar? Y por que otro ingrediente ?
    Me encanta el maní y los dátiles son mis favoritos ya que soy diabética y no puedo comer cosas con azúcar concentrada , la miel y la de agave es azúcar. Un fuerte abrazo desde CHILE 🇨🇱

  6. Your recipe is interesting, but what’s the point of giving up sugar and using agave syrup? Agave syrup is no better in quality and composition than sugar. Didn’t you know that?
