  1. Only if the creator of this video can assure us that no chemicals have been sprayed on the ginger to for example prevent it from sprouting, only in that case can it be said that you can grate ginger with the skin on. If it turns out that the ginger has been chemically treated beforehand, then it must be peeled before we start grating.

Furthermore, I don’t know what the woman wants to communicate to us viewers with her nails! For this kind of videos, it doesn’t seem very appropriate to me. At first glance, it comes across as rather unappetising.

  2. Maybe it’s also a good idea to immediately explain next time how consumers can distinguish real olive oil from the many fake olive oils that are available everywhere!! For example, if you know how many industrial vegetable oils are produced, such as the seed oils we can buy in every supermarket, then chills of disgust will run down your spine! Now it is also known that many cheaper olive oil brands can partly consist of these very unhealthy industrially produced oils and be supplemented with olive oil. For example, there is a handy trick to find out if you have bought real olive oil: Leave it in the fridge overnight > if it becomes cloudy and thick, it’s real olive oil, but if it remains clear and liquid, you’ve bought a fake product.

It would be great if people made videos like the one above, did their homework first, and included all the essential information about the ingredients in all their videos. Because if the ingredients themselves are not pure and of good quality, then such an ointment for your skin / scalp is also pointless, right?
